Returns, Exchanges & Legal
I am doing my best with each order to make sure that everything is perfect, but if there are any problems with your order, please contact me via my contact form here. I will do my best to solve an issues as soon as possible.
With the USPS and UPS having numerous delays I am doing everything in my power on my end to make sure orders are shipped out promptly. Orders cannot be returned due to shipping delays.
Items can be sent back for a full refund, not including return shipping, within 14 days of receipt unless of the following exceptions below. Merchandise must be unused, in its original re-sellable condition. Merchandise not in above-stated condition is not eligible for return.
Seasonal items cannot be returned after the season they were created for unless extreme circumstances. Custom orders cannot be returned. Items also cannot be returned if USPS or UPS experiences delays that make an order arrive after the holiday that the items were purchased for.
Please contact me, and I will send instructions to begin the return process. Customers must pay for return shipping. Once I receive the merchandise, I will issue a refund. If you are interested in an exchange, please contact me to set the process up. Customers must pay for return shipping.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before buying. Sometimes items can get damaged during shipping. If this happens to your package, please provide a picture of the item and packaging showing the damage. This way I can take further actions on the issue.
